3/4 cup chia seeds 4 cups almond milk or coconut milk (from a carton) 2 tsp vanilla extract (or you can use seeds from 2 whole vanilla beans) *****when not cleansing, you can add 2 tblsp maple syrup 

Mix everything but seeds in a blender, then put seeds in last. Pour into bowl a give a stir. stir 5 minutes later. and again 5 minutes later. transfer to container with lid (I like mason jars) and put in frig for at least 3 hours or overnight.

Makes a GREAT snack, breakfast or dessert!!

Top with fresh berries & shredded non-sweetened organic coconut flakes!!
